Full Engagement

When Hallmark Immigration is fully engaged and ready to commence work, Hallmark Immigration will provide clients with an Omnibus Questionnaire, Representation Agreement encompassing the Code of Conduct and IRMAP brochure.

Process of Engagement, Advice and Assistance with Visa Applications

bullet

The first contact will permit identification of your options and together we can start planning for your specific needs. Call or email.

bullet

A Representation Agreement will be drawn up detailing the specific service provided and the fees involved. Hallmark Immigration seeks to keep the fees to the minimum. To do this it keeps overheads as low as it can and processes as crisp and efficient as possible. The focus is on you and your specific needs. An Appointment of Migration Agent Form is prepared so that Hallmark Immigration can act on your behalf interfacing with the Department of Immigration in the matter of your visa application.

bullet

Your circumstances are comprehensively analysed, in the light of current legislation, cases and policy, and your visa options identified. Comprehensive individual advice is provided to inform you of your options.

bullet

Hallmark Immigration issues you with an Omnibus Questionnaire to collect the relevant bio-data, very accurately, data that underpins visa applications. The all official forms can be later raised later by Hallmark Immigration and provided to you for your signatures.

bullet

Timing of your medical examinations and police checks is planned and you are briefed on how to obtain these, specifically in your case.

bullet

As visa applications are largely a matter of substantiation of eligibility under regulations, Hallmark Immigration refers to current policies of the Department of Immigration, the regulations and sometimes cases to determine the evidentiary requirements to support the application and develop this aspect of your case.

bullet

All necessary subsidiary documents to the application, such as those relating to assessing bodies, state and federal government departments, language testing (where required) will be prepared and managed for you.

bullet

Submissions are prepared to explain your eligibility, for the visa sought, to the decision officer. Evidence in support is also explained and clarified.

bullet

The application, that you sign, is then lodged for you with your payment of the official charges. The application most times will be what is called front end loaded, if time and circumstances permit, to facilitate the best possibility of prompt attention by the Department of Immigration.

bullet

Some visa applications are required to be lodged at the Australian High Commission or Embassy in your home country. Where necessary Hallmark immigration prepares all documentation in Australia, including the Visa Application Charge payment which is made in Australia, and the actual application, with the payment receipt, couriered to that Department of Foreign Affairs offshore post for its processing.

bullet

You are then advised of the likely next steps after lodgement, the timeframes involved and prepared for the eventuality of grant.

bullet

Subsequent to the lodgement Hallmark Immigration handles all correspondence with the Department of Immigration on your behalf and keeps you advised of processing milestones.

bullet

When advice of the grant comes through from the Dept of Immigration, Hallmark contacts you immediately with detailed advice on its terms and what your next steps are in taking up the grant.

bullet

Hallmark Immigration also provides advice on what you need to do upon arrival in Australia, such as strategies with health cover, education, employment avenues, state licensing, relocation and the pathway to citizenship.
